Working Hours: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT/EST
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and retention
- Assess the training needs and development
- Manage employee performance and evaluation
- Improve strategical HR functions
- Manage administrative tasks and document management
- Lead and supervise teams
- Coordinate meetings and projects
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- 2024 graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Must have your own Laptop/PC with good internet connection
- Flexible with EDT/EST time zone working hours
