Openings: Multiple 
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT/EST 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and retention
  • Assess the training needs and development
  • Manage employee performance and evaluation
  • Improve strategical HR functions
  • Manage administrative tasks and document management
  • Lead and supervise teams
  • Coordinate meetings and projects 

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office
  • 2024 graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Must have your own Laptop/PC with good internet connection
  • Flexible with EDT/EST time zone working hours
